PAYMENT METHODS

Payment is made before or upon delivery of the products  and can be made in one of the following ways:

• CASH UPON DELIVERY, payment to the courier company employee upon delivery of the products (extra charge 1.80€).
• CREDIT CARD CHARGE.When entering your card details the bank witholds and charges the amount of your order . To ensure the absolute security of electronic transactions via credit cards, they are made through the security system of Eurobank.
• ONLINE PAYMENT  VIA PAYPAL.
• DEPOSIT IN A BANK ACCOUNT OF THE COMPANY.

The steps for transferring the amount to a bank account are:

1. When completing your order, choose Bank Payment as the method of payment.

2. Transfer the amount in one of the following accounts, using the order number and your name as the reason:

OTHER BANKS - ATTENTION: 

When any deposit is made by any other Greek bank or foreign  any transaction costs are borne exclusively by the customer  and in no caseby livepharmacy.gr.

To avoid any additional charges, please deposit the amount directly to the partner banks (EUROBAN, PIRAEUS BANK&ALPHA BANK).

Orders with deposit in an account that are not paid within 5 days from their registration, are automatically deleted from our system.

PAYMENT AT THE PHARMACY  (for receiving orders from our pharmacy).

After completing your order you will be notified by confirmation email for the correct registration of your order. Once your product collection is complete,  you will receive an informative  SMS on your mobile phone informing you that you can pick up your order.

Friday: 8: 30 - 14:00 and 17:30 - 21:00

Saturday:    9:00 - 14:00

Sunday:     CLOSED
